I so enjoy working with creative couples, and Tommy and Celina were precisely that. It was through their shared passion for music that they were first brought together.
While attending a show with a friend, Celina saw Tommy performing. Following the set, Tommy was working at the merch table when they started a conversation and discovered they both had connections in the same social circles at church. Through their shared interests and friend groups, they grew closer.
Upon seeing Austin's wedding venue, Prospect House, Celina and Tommy were immediately captivated by its modern and minimalistic design. The Hill Country venue was a perfect match for their taste. To enhance the minimal aesthetic, they added vibrant florals and citrus accents to the floral wall in the entryway and the chandelier in the dining hall. As a special touch, one of Tommy's groomsmen, who is conveniently a barber, offered haircuts to everyone while they enjoyed a morning of golf.
An outdoor wedding in the Hill Country in January can be unpredictable in terms of weather. Despite the risk of a frigid day, theirs was unseasonably pleasant, accommodating an outdoor ceremony in front of Prospect House's frame.
As the sun set, the celebration was moved indoors, and consisted of tacos, churros, and plenty of dancing.
P.S. In a post-wedding update, they shared that they got a Pug. This makes me think that I have a strong affinity for dog people. I wonder why? (It's because I am obsessed).
