Jessica + Vincent | Austin Wedding at Villa Del Lago

April 23, 2014

This is the second wedding in a trio of sisters I am photographing in six months. Usually the second movie in the trilogy is the dark middle chapter, but this was hardly the case. Lots of emotions were running on this day, laughs, smiles, and lots of tears. If there’s one thing about Jessica and Vincent, they have a ton of family and friends that adore and love them so much.

The day started with everyone getting ready at the W Hotel. Lots of last minute nervous grins and smiles before my favorite part of the day, the first look. There is just something so special and lovely about their first look. It really is a blur in my mind, but Jessica snaking around Vincent before allowing him to see her just melts my heart. The look on Vincent and elation Jessica is just pure joy.

Festivities and ceremony occurred the lovely Villa Del Lago, where the place was decorated with copious amounts of lovely flowers,  gold dinosaurs and animals. During the speeches I learned about how Vincent is an absolutely gentleman. The simplest deed of buying curtains can go a long way to making Jessica feel like the luckiest person in the world.

These two have taught me so much about life and love, especially all you need is love and ice cream sandwiches.

Great pics, Sam. I really like the ones on the street. And a beautiful setting for the wedding/reception…must be at Lake Travis. can tell by the lack of water!
